The breakfasts we had were delicious and beautifully presented. We loved that one day was an egg dish and the next was sweet. Janis & Peter went out their way to make a safe and delicious gluten free option for me!

The Inn was gorgeous, and impeccably clean. It was decorated with beautiful art. The owners were so warm and welcoming and the breakfast every morning was homemade and delicious! Everything about the Maine Stay Inn far exceeded our expectations!

Beautifully, immaculately kept home and grounds. Comfortable beds, more than adequate space. Absolutely first rate home cooked breakfasts! The inn-keepers, Janis and Peter, are wonderful people and make you feel right at home. We opted to stay an extra night due to tropical storm Lee and, despite a 14 hour power outage, we stayed comfortable a felt safe. The owners went out of their way to accommodate their guests.

The Inn is perfectly located within easy walking distance of the village. The hosts went out of their way to ensure that we had a wonderful stay and the breakfast was beyond delicious. We'd definitely come back

Peter and Janis are wonderful hosts! Janis shared the inn's history with us which was an added bonus. Room was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. Grounds are impeccable. We will stay again!

Breakfast was excellent. Wonderful local produce skilfully prepared. Unusual dishes which were a wonderful surprise and so very tasty. How nice to taste something different from the usual breakfast offerings!

Warm, welcoming, historical property that oozes East Coast charm! The grounds are meticulously beautiful and a short walk to the downtown. The owners are personable and accommodating while the breakfasts were delicious. There is no place we would rather stay in Camdendont miss out on this magical experience!!

We had a lovely stay with Janis and Peter at their inn. They made us feel extremely welcome and at home immediately with a tour of the inn as well as providing us with an information pack for the area and food recommendations! The inn itself is perfectly located in Camden and is absolutely charming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the delicious breakfast!

The owners are wonderful people who are incredibly helpful, providing maps, things to do, restaurant recommendations, and a tour of the house, all as part of the welcome package. The room was incredibly clean (the owners do however have cats, which I thought were charming but those with allergies be warned). Town is an okay walk away and there's plenty of dining options, for most cuisines and price points. Camden itself is a wonderful little town and convenient to the other towns along the coast. Breakfast is also wonderful and homecooked, even the sausages are homemade.

The property is meticulously maintained! Gardens and care of everything are outstanding and the owner gives each guest a tour of the rooms. The art is curated to a perfection and beautifully lit to show it off nicely. Do not allow small children to run loose amongst the Chihuly glass! Breakfast in the sun room was delightful.

Everything was absolutely wonderful! Peter and Janis are the kindest, warmest, most gracious hosts. The inn is full of charm and character, and the grounds are just beautiful. You can't beat the location - just a few steps from the heart of downtown Camden and the harbor. Breakfast was such a delicious treat as well. I'll certainly be back - this is my favorite place I've stayed in Midcoast Maine!

Excellent breakfasts and location. Hosts were wonderful, cordial, knowledgeable. There was much attention to detail. The property has cozy outdoor seating spaces and beautiful rooms throughout the Inn. Town was short walk from the Inn, nice shops and restaurants, pretty harbor.
